Input: "presentation-slides.pdf" (30 pages, 8.5 MB)
Situation: A PowerPoint presentation exported to PDF with 0.75-inch white margins on all sides. You want to remove the margins so the slide content fills the entire page.
Step 1 - Upload: Drop presentation-slides.pdf onto the upload area. After loading, the first slide appears as a full preview with a default crop box (5% margins on each side).
Step 2 - Adjust margins: Drag the bottom-right corner handle outward until the margin values read Top: 0%, Right: 0%, Bottom: 0%, Left: 0% — or type "0" into each input. The dark overlay disappears completely, showing the full page.
Step 3 - Set desired margins: For slides with speaker notes at the bottom, set Top: 2%, Right: 2%, Bottom: 12%, Left: 2% to trim the notes area. The preview updates to show exactly what will be cropped.
Step 4 - Process: Click the floating Crop PDF button. The spinner appears and completes in approximately 5 seconds.
Output: "presentation-slides-cropped.pdf" — all 30 slides have clean 2% margins with speaker notes removed. File size reduced to 7.2 MB due to cropped content.
